Michael G. Horner was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on September 10, 1974.  He received his bachelor's degree in philosophy from Vanderbilt University, and graduated magna cum laude.  Mr. Horner attended Tulane Law School and graduated in 1999, magna cum laude.  Mr. Horner was also made a member of The Order of the Coif at Tulane.

Prior to joining Reynolds, Horne & Survant, Mr. Horner practiced law in Salt Lake City, Utah as an in-house attorney at Prime Insurance, and also as a litigation associate at the law firm of Snell & Wilmer.  From 1999-2002, Mr. Horner was an associate in the commercial litigation section of McGlinchey Stafford in New Orleans, Louisiana.  Mr. Horner is a member of the bar in Georgia, Louisiana, Utah and Pennsylvania.

During his spare time Mr. Horner enjoys camping, hiking and spending time with his wife, Ashley, and daughter, Hadley.
